On 21st May, the language pupils of 3b finally had their English lessons in school. After months of home schooling and their language lessons online they were all really happy to be back.
With Natasha Flicker they were in the kitchen cooking traditional English food:- Fish dunked in batter and deep fried, with chips covered in salt and malt vinegar and mushy peas. For desert, pancakes with lemon juice and sugar and all washed down with a nice cup of tea. Some comments “Wah, sie sind richtig gut!”, “wow these (mushy peas) are really good”, “It tastes great with lemon and sugar”. In my opinion computers are good for a lot of things but they can`t replace things like a good social get together with food and drink.
